What we collect

When you complete our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and company name.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to tell you about AskMap. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Your form details are passed to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails them to us, and we receive them in our email inbox. Our website hosting provider may also process basic technical data such as your IP address. These providers act on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK, using appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict our use of it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us at hello@askmap.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
